The app was nice and ok but they need to push out a IOS 8 update because it crash every time

Version 3.0 does not work! Use Version 3.1.1 which has not yet been made available on the App store. Other than that the idiag system very good.

The app still does not work on IOS 8 and there doesnt seem to be any way to report the problem directly to the developer.

Ok so after giving up on this product for months now I decided to see if anything has been improved since I last "tried" to use it. And the verdict is in, this product is and will remain the worst piece of s:(! I have ever had the displeasure of buying. They have nerve to try and charge to upgrade the software when it never worked properly in the first place. I am truly done. I only hope people would read this review before buying and they stay clear away from this product or any product from Launch Tech. I am now saving money to purchase a real tool the Autel Maxisys which I see has really great reviews and customer support

Since the IOS8 release v3.13.000 update its still not working properly.. I was able to connect to any car without a problem still cant connect to most vehicles and the purchased software is still somewhat useless on my behalf. Oh and the live data is in the freeze frame that needs to be fixed also.

Better than before but now crash on civic 2006-2011 nord America cant scan the app shutdown (iPhone 6 ios 8.1.2 ) Hope to fix it

App does work with previous purchases will not allow to buy new coverage. Please fix.
