Slight problems, overall functional!

This product is a wonderful breakthrough in technology in the automotive diagnostics field.

I myself do a lot of work with immobilizers and engine computers.

I have purchased several of the manufacturers packages that are for diagnostics and all seem to work as described.

The issue Im running into is when the software asks for you to input any kind of information (vin number of keys ect) it will not bring up any kind of text box or on screen keyboard only an OK button or Cancel button. PLEASE FIX THIS!!

I will change my rating of this to 5 stars if this gets corrected.

I have tried on iPhone and iPad on the newest software to no avail.
